Aging, is the purchase worth it? Read on!

I have been using them for some time now and they are working. The products that I have written about below, I am using myself, because I have experienced the benefits and can offer my experience to you. For the sake of my readers, I will focus on products I have personally used. In all cases I have used these products on myself, with a few products on my own body, and in my own home. 1. Vitamin D In a nutshell, it's one of the most important health supplements you can take. I am going to recommend that you take 25,000 IU's of Vitamin D (daily or in combination) every day. If you want to keep your skin healthy, then it's your number one priority. If you don't have a strong sun sensitivity, you might want to consider taking a daily supplement of 100,000 IU's, which is a lot of Vitamin D (as in 100,000,000 IU, the same as the amount you would get from 2 cups of milk). The only problem is you need the Vitamin D to be absorbed and made available in your cells. So, I recommend taking it in a capsule, which you swallow and then swallow again.
