I have personally used the following products for several years to treat warts:
1. Warts & Scalp Cream by Procter & Gamble. It has been clinically proven to be very effective at treating warts. Procter & Gamble has a website where you can find other products for warts that have been scientifically proven to work. If you are a health care professional, I encourage you to use these products and to provide them to people who would benefit from them. The only reason why you should use a product against warts is to reduce your chance of contracting an infection from a warts-bearing lesion. If you are having an infection caused by warts, the only thing you need is a good warts cream and a good medical team to treat your infection. 2. A good warts cream. Many people use a wart cream only when they have warts. It's really just a "filler" that won't help your health care provider diagnose your warts. If you don't have warts and you don't want to use a warts cream, you can still get good protection from warts with a wart cream. The only problem is, you don't know if your wart is caused by an HPV or a bacterial infection.
